Well, we found that we have a couple of big mulberry trees and several small ones too. We love the idea of free food. Not quite an orchard, but it's edible. I've been searching the web for recipes and finding plenty I would never have imagined. -like pork chops with mulberry-chili salsa! There's plenty of mulberries so I'm sure it will make life in the kitchen interesting.

Plain ol' raw mulberries are good too!
My neighbor has a mulberry branch or two growing over my fence - these are quite ones. There's the same tree growing not far from here, next to a creek... nobody's picking them (except us). Same goes for the blackberry brambles down the road, and the fig tree out back!
